Our Fruit Sorbettos and Creamy Gelato bars contain nothing but water, fresh fruit, pure cane sugar, milks and creams sourced from local farmers in Southern California and the finest all-natural ingredients sourced with love from Italy.

Merenda means snack in Italian and ours is a delicious gluten-free sponge cake mixed with any of our gelato or sorbetto flavors, covered with a crispy layer of milk or dark chocolate, and topped with hazelnuts, pistachios, or almonds.

Stick Shakes are lighter and more refreshing than traditional American milk shakes and can be made from any of our creamy gelato or fruit sorbetto flavors.
Hot Chocolate Stickhouse style. Specially prepared chocolate sticks to dip into hot milk. Flavors include milk or dark chocolate, cardamon, coffee and espresso.

Working with sustainable farms and processing mills from regions of Africa and Central and South America, their roasters profile and taste each lot to ensure maximum complexity in flavor and most importantly consistency. Our signature blend is a mid to high body roast with a slight tart acidity, highlighted by notes of chocolate, raisin and currants.
from Ethiopia is a full flavored, single origin roast highlighted by notes of banana and creamy vanilla.

From El Salvador, has a delicious front sweetness with notes of poached pears.
from Guatemala is an intensely bright roast with a long finish highlighted by notes of caramel.
Since opening in 2007, we estimate that our Chefs and Gelateristas have created more than 500 different delicious recipes and combinations, satisfying both their artistic and gastrointestinal hunger.
